Här är trivsel- och ordningsregler för Brf Solstrålen i Älvsjö. De är senast uppdaterade i mars 2020.


Att bo i bostadsrätt innebär fördelen att vi får inflytande över vårt gemensamma boende men också att vi måste ta ett stort ansvar. Husen vi bor i är alldeles nya och av ett stort värde, tillsammans äger och förvaltar vi dem. För att vi som bor i Brf Solstrålen i Älvsjö ska trivas är det viktigt att vi respekterar varandra och hjälper till att hand om fastigheten, våra gemensamma ytor, inne som ute, samt följer våra stadgar och dessa trivselregler.


Trivselreglerna gäller självklart och lika mycket för alla i familjen samt de gäster som är på besök. Som bostadsrättsinnehavare är du även ansvarig för eventuella andrahandshyresgäster och inneboende liksom hantverkare som utför arbete för din räkning och olika leverantörer som besöker dig.


Föreningens fastighet omfattar endast husen, samt de upphöjda innergårdarna. Övrig mark ägs av Stockholms stad.

One benefit of living in a co-operative apartment is the influence we all have over our collective apartments, but this also means we have responsibilities. The buildings we live in are brand new and of great value. Together, we own and maintain them. In order for us, living in Brf Solstrålen in Älvsjö, to enjoy our home, it is crucial that we respect each other and help taking care of the buildings, our common spaces (inside and outside), as well as follow our statutes and Code of Conduct.

 

The Code of Conduct is to be followed by everyone living at Brf Solstrålen as well as any guests visiting. As a co-operative apartment owner, you are responsible for any tenant you may have, as well as roommates, handymen working in your apartments, and other suppliers visiting you. 

 

The co-operative association’s premises include the buildings as well as the elevated courtyards. Other areas are owned by Stockholms stad.
